Francesco Arlia Jr., CPA, Managing Partner
While attending
Baruch
College
, Mr. Arlia began working for the office of Marks, Macchiarolla & Savino, CPA’s. At the age of 19, he traveled around the
U.S.
and
Europe
negotiating contracts on behalf of one of the partners. At an early age, he displayed his leadership skills by holding the presidency of the accounting society in college. As a junior, he established Arco Financial Services with a partner. He went on to graduate in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in both accounting and business administration. He later got his CPA license in
New York
and
New Jersey
, and became a licensed real estate broker. He specializes in real estate consulting and is a registered representative with Omni Brokerage. He is currently pursuing his certificate in financial planning and forensic accounting, while currently holding a certificate of completion in investment planning and insurance.
Mr. Arlia established himself early on in his career as an assertive defender when dealing with the IRS on behalf of his clients. Frank demonstrated his persistence during his first major audit case, in which over a five year span he was able to reduce a $125,000 penalty to a positive refund.
Frank is a devoted member of the
Staten Island
community. He actively participates as treasurer of Public School 54's Parent Teacher Association, who recently named him Father of The Year. Frank is also a contributing member of the Annadale Merchant Association, the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Staten Island Council, AICPA, and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Aside from his community involvement, he enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and three children. |
